Lead .Net Developer/ Solutions Designer
Columbia, SC

We are searching for a strong professional individual to join our strong team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing .Net Web Services, .Net applications, integration of systems with SharePoint and WWF/K2 workflow. This position will require the individual to be on-site and will utilize Microsoft .net and SQL server tool set for enterprise-wide Business and Data Solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

Lead developer/Designer for RIA, business and data systems
Leads the design and decision making for well presented and organized business solutions
Excellent web site design attributes including style sheet, graphics and GUI design skills
XAML and Silverlight 2.0 integration with .Net and SDS for RIA solutions
C# and or VB.Net 3.0+ using the latest WPF and WCF technology to build business and data solutions
Develops stored procedures,SQL and SSIS/SSRS as needed
Will work closely with business and technical teams to understand, document, design and code procedures
Will lead the translation of concepts, requirements and source mapping documents into solutions
Design, develop, test, optimize and deploy .Net applications and SQL data components and related functions
Develop SSRS reports, workflow components and dashboards or score cards based on business requirements

Requirements:
Candidate must have an in depth understanding of web site design, layout and presentation
5+ years of .Net development experience
5+ years experience of .Net web services and .Net principles and architectures including the concepts, designs and usage of software components, deployments and packages
4 years of experience with lead web-site design, layout and presentation
4 years experience with XML (with some XAML experience highly preferred)
4 years experience with ASP.Net
4 years of experience with CSS, DHTML, DOM and page design and layout graphics
3 years experience developing C# or VB.Net
2 years experience developing reports with MS SQL server 2005/2008 Reporting Services
2 years experience developing SQL/Stored procedures
1+ years developing SharePoint websites
Must be able to analyze requirements, design and specification documents and provide instructions to other team members
Responsible for version and release management in development, testing, staging and production environments
Manage change control and configuration management for deliverables
Excellent communication skills are a must in addition to organizational skills
