Job Description:
.NET Principal Software Developer (career track of SW Dev Manager to Executive level)

Job Summary:
New product development. Charged with the design, development, documentation and quality of high a high quality software application(s)..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Function as Project lead on assigned projects implementing .Net technologies
? Provide ideas for new products and enhancements to existing products
? Provide assistance to other developers on design and development issues
? Analyze requirements for new products/product enhancements
? Produce designs based on the analysis. Implement the designs into a complete product
? Design, develop, deliver and maintain high quality software applications using the latest technologies and innovations in a timely manner.
? Thoroughly test code and overall application, and document appropriately.
? strong multi-tasking abilities including a ?big-picture? understanding of priorities and impacts of meeting requirements.
? Provide input to testing to aid them in thorough testing
? Research new technologies and provide management with
input as to the benefits/downfalls. Function as subject matter expert.
? Function as a mentor to other developers.
? Continue to research and assess new technology trends and continually increase breadth and depth of knowledge.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
? As required, may lead a team to accomplish the above.

Education and/or Experience:

? Highly preferred B.S. degree in Computer or Information Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent related experience
? Programming must have included extensive complex work in C/C++/C#.
? Expert knowledge of C++ and C# programming languages.
? In addition to current .Net experience at least five plus years of programming in C/C++ on a Windows platform or an equivalent combination of education and experience
? Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience using Windows 2000/XP/NT/2003 programming.
? Proven knowledge of development methodologies for the Microsoft Windows operating systems including WIN32SDK and the .NET framework.
? Demonstrated knowledge of WINSOCK and TCP/IP.
? Agile techniques
? Solid and demonstrated knowledge of programming multi-threaded applications

? Familiarity and depth of knowledge of advanced programming technologies.
? Solid knowledge of network and systems programming.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to lead a team.
? Be a role model to other developers.

Requirements:
C/C++/C#.
nETWORK pROTOCOL EXPERIENCE
